Onity Group Inc ("Onity") recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy and accuracy of its customer information.This policy is designed to explain what information Onity collects from or obtains about its customers, how it uses that information, and your right to keep information about you confidential.

Information Collected by Onity

Onity collects information about its customers in a number of circumstances. For example, Onity collects certain information when you apply for a deposit account or Certificate of Deposit. This includes your name, address, telephone number, social security or tax ID number and the amount of your deposit. Onity obtains similar information about you if you have a loan that Onity owns or services. Onity may also collect information about you from third parties, such as credit bureaus. Finally, Onity maintains information about your transactions with Onity such as your account balance or loan payment history.

How Onity Uses This Information

Onity uses the collected information in a variety of ways.

First, Onity uses the collected information to service your account or mortgage and to perform basic banking functions.

Second, if you have a loan that is owned or serviced by Onity, Onity will share information regarding your payment history with the credit bureaus.

Third, Onity will disclose information about you or your account in response to a subpoena or other lawful request issued by a court, government agency, or regulatory body.

Fourth, Onity may from time to time share certain customer information with select third parties solely for the purpose of allowing such parties to market products and services to Onity customers. In such cases, Onity will take certain steps to require these parties to protect the privacy of this information. Onity will only provide these parties with the information necessary for them to market the product or service, and Onity will require the third party to maintain the confidentiality of the information it receives from Onity. In addition, Onity will permit these third parties to use the information only to market the products and services agreed to in writing by Onity.

Your Choice Regarding Information Sharing

If you do not want Onity to share your information with third parties for purposes of offering you products and services, you can E-mail onitygroup_portal@onitygroup.com. Please include your name, address and telephone number, and indicate that you do not wish to receive any offers for products and services from third parties. It will take Onity approximately 90 days to implement your request
