Ocwen Financial Corporation ("Ocwen") recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy and accuracy of its customer information.This policy is designed to explain what information Ocwen collects from or obtains about its customers, how it uses that information, and your right to keep information about you confidential.

Information Collected by Ocwen

Ocwen collects information about its customers in a number of circumstances. For example, Ocwen collects certain information when you apply for a deposit account or Certificate of Deposit. This includes your name, address, telephone number, social security or tax ID number and the amount of your deposit. Ocwen obtains similar information about you if you have a loan that Ocwen owns or services. Ocwen may also collect information about you from third parties, such as credit bureaus. Finally, Ocwen maintains information about your transactions with Ocwen such as your account balance or loan payment history.

How Ocwen Uses This Information

Ocwen uses the collected information in a variety of ways.

First, Ocwen uses the collected information to service your account or mortgage and to perform basic banking functions.

Second, if you have a loan that is owned or serviced by Ocwen, Ocwen will share information regarding your payment history with the credit bureaus.

Third, Ocwen will disclose information about you or your account in response to a subpoena or other lawful request issued by a court, government agency, or regulatory body.

Fourth, Ocwen may from time to time share certain customer information with select third parties solely for the purpose of allowing such parties to market products and services to Ocwen’s customers. In such cases, Ocwen will take certain steps to require these parties to protect the privacy of this information. Ocwen will only provide these parties with the information necessary for them to market the product or service, and Ocwen will require the third party to maintain the confidentiality of the information it receives from Ocwen. In addition, Ocwen will permit these third parties to use the information only to market the products and services agreed to in writing by Ocwen.

Your Choice Regarding Information Sharing

Please include your name, address and telephone number, and indicate that you do not wish to receive any offers for products and services from third parties. It will take Ocwen approximately 90 days to implement your request
